Please completely fill out and submit your FWPA Membership Application as soon as you can. We offer FWPA shareholder and annual (seasonal) memberships for families, seniors and individuals. Additionally, members wishing to purchase boat storage please completely fill out, sign and submit the Boat Storage Application inlcuded in the FWPA Membership Application. Become a Shareholder Buying an ownership share of FWPA will provide you with reduced membership fees, all-year round access to the property and, most importantly, the opportunity to serve on the board of directors and otherwise have a voice in FWPA business with voting privileges. There is only a limited number of shares allowed by our by-laws, so don’t hesitate to purchase yours now. We have a Shareholder Membership Discount of $110 available for members who purchases a share and who have no ownership equity in the FWPA already. Additionally, the reduced shareholder membership fees are still applicable with the new shareholder membership discount. Please note that the new membership discount is a discount on the new shareholders membership dees and not a reduction in the purchase price of the share itself. New Membership Discount We offer a Annual Membership Discount of $100 to any annual member and/or family that has not been a member in the previous 5 years. Membership Referral Bonus Receive a $25 Membership Referral Bonus for every new member who purchases a membership by having them place the referring member's name on their membership application. Membership Installment Payment Plan The FWPA offers a membership payment installment plan to reduce the financial impact on it's membership, by enabling members to make smaller monthly payments on their shareholder and annual membership fees. All membership fees must be paid in full before shareholder and membership application are valid. Please use the coupons included in the FWPA Payment Plan to make your installments. All installments and other membership fees are due by Opening Day. |
